Description
After the extraction and completion of alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in special Burgundy oak tanks, the wine is aged in oak French barrels. It has a glowing pale-green color, a complex bouquet of spices with ripe black fruits (raspberry), currant, coffee and cocoa.
In the mouth noble tannins are supported by plenty of fruit, creating strength and balance. Its aftertaste is lasting with a repeat of spices. It is very aging and is served at 16-18 ° C.
