Description
Winemaking: Making the harvest overnight, when the grapes are at optimum maturity, aims at preserving the aromatic and phenolic potential of each variety. Proper application of the extraction before and after the fermentation stage helps to extract this potential. Then the juice is transferred with the help of gravity to oak barrels, where it remains for 12 months, while its maturing takes 8-10 months to stay in the bottle.
Wine characteristics: Splendid purple color. A complex bouquet consisting of aromas of jam, plum, notes of butter caramel and coffee, to arrive at a distinctive spice background. His mouth is distinguished by the balanced combination of alcohol, acidity and tannins that gives it harmony and volume while its long-lasting taste dominates overripe fruits and cinnamon.
It is a wine with great aging potential. It is recommended to use a carafe. Ideal serving temperature: 17-18 ° C.
