Description
From the fine Merlot variety this wine is born. The low area yields of the vineyards of the estate helped the grapes reach the optimal phenolic maturity. After the extraction and completion of the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for about 12 months in oak French barrels.
Served at 16-18 ° C.
