Description
Vinification / Aging:
Desalination, absence of crushing, cryo-extraction in a controlled environment, alcoholic fermentation at graduated temperatures. Stay of wine for 3 months on his lees with periodic stirring. Originally for 12 months in selected new French oak fins of “moderate” burning and then for at least 15 months in the bottle before placing on the market.
Tasting Features:
Bright, deep ruby color with violet shades. Intense and complex bouquet, earthy, with notes of red fruits of the forest and pepper.
Taste generous, velvety, round, balanced, rich, with notes of vanilla and macaque. In its finish, it is characterized by its balanced and discreet tenacity, the long stay of its aromas dominated by butter caramel. An excellent aging wine.
Enjoy it at 16-18 ° C.
