Harvester: 4th week of August-3rd week of September
Vinification: Pre-fermentation of the grapes for 8-10 hours for the preparation of rosé wine by the method of “bleeding”. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures (14o-16o C).
Tasting note: Colorful rose rose, intense fruity aromas of strawberry and raspberry and vanilla and caramel. Gentle mouth with balanced acidity, intense taste of red fruits and botanical aftertaste of mint.
