Description
Spicy and mouth-to-mouth, with a moderate (+) body volume, balanced acidity and sensuous, beautifully embedded tannins that will melt in time. Licorice, bilberry, milk chocolate, pepper and cinnamon dominate and remain in the mouth for long-lasting aftertaste.
Aromatic character with an initial reference to black pepper and herbs, which in the aftertaste reveals the feeling of small red fruits. Rich phenolic load, with present tannins. Generous and balanced flavor.
Aging / Maturing: 12 months in French oak barrels.
