Description

Fully understanding of Xinomavro, the next step for Kir-Yannis winery seems to be the exploration and the emergence of the variety through the different available ‘terroirs’. Good Root is not another ‘Ramnista’, but a different Xinomavro from old vines in Amyndeos, with a lighter body, plenty of fruit variety, less tannins and more ‘refinement’ than ‘strength’.
