Deworming, absence of crush, pre-enzymatic cryo-extraction, alcoholic fermentation at incrementally graduated temperatures. Stay of wine for a long time on his lees with periodic stirring. At least 13 months in new French oak barrels and 12 months in the bottle before its commercial release. It is not filtered and there is absolutely no treatment before bottling.

Bright, deep ruby color with violet shades. Intense and complex bouquet, earthy, with notes of red fruits, dried plum and pepper. Taste generous, velvety, round, balanced, rich, with notes of vanilla, oak and macaque. The aftertaste is characterized by delicious balance and mature tannins, long-lasting aromas, dominated by the notes of spices and dried fruit of the forest. An excellent aging wine.
