Vinification / Aging:
Deworming, absence of crush, pre-enzymatic cryo-extraction, alcoholic fermentation at incrementally graduated temperatures. Stay wine for several months on his lees with periodic stirring. 18 months in new French oak barrels and 18 months in bottles. It is not filtered and there is absolutely no treatment before bottling.
Tasting Features:
Bright, deep purple color with violet shades. Intense and complex bouquet, dominated by spices and dried red fruits mixed with leather notes. Taste generous, excellent structure, round, with distinctive elements of vanilla and wood. In its finish, it is characterized by delicious balance, mature tannins and long aromas. An excellent aging wine.
