Description
After extraction, it is kneaded at about 20 ° C in fresh oak French barrels, where it remains for a few months with its lees. It has a gorgeous golden yellow color and a bouquet of summer and exotic fruits (melon, pear, mango, pineapple) on a background of vanilla smoky and aromatic herbs. It is a wine with a great development potential of up to 7 years. It is enjoyed cool at 10-12 ° C.
